Hi guys need at little help

I'm running Premier Pro 14.8.0 on an iMac 27" 3.4GHz i7 with 32GB Ram (Mid 2011) but it will only run OSX High Sierra 10.13.6. When I try to export my work via queue, it tells me the media encoder is not installed I have watched a few YouTube vids on work arounds. however, this relies on a compatible version being installed. If I try to export via the export button the video is a total washout it like watch still frames

What I would like to know is it possible to download previous versions of AME and rollback PP to a version that will be compatible AME and then lock both items to stop the creative cloud app from updating them.

For the time being Photoshop, InDesign and Dreamweaver all work fine

You can find instructions on how to install the previous version of an app here: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html

You can also go into the preferences of the Creative Cloud app and disable "Auto-Update" from the "Apps" tab on the side of the prefs. New versions might show up, you just won't want to install them. Also, if you do ever accidentally install a newer version, a little pop-up window will ask you if you want to "Remove previous versions." In this case, you'll just deselect that option and your existing versions will stay installed.
