Adobe Media Encoder only showing color template when attempted to Preview and Render

Have anyone seen this before

After updateting the adobe creative product to 2020
i am having problem rendering Video in after effect

On the Right side, there is no issue for After effect to load the data
On the left side Adobe Media Encoder can only see and a color template
and it will show the same Color template when install

Current setup

AE version 17.5.0
AME Version 14.5
Display card Nvidia1080 with Studio Driver 456.71
