Adobe Media Encoder opens but doesn't render

I got this issue about a week ago. I've downloaded the 2018 CC but it is still there. When I queue a project Media Encoder opens but doesn't render. So I have to render each file separately. I saw this question with products of previous years but didn't find a solution.
