Adobe Media Encoder Renders incorrectly from AE

Media Encoder is rendering a full res 1280x720 comp in the upper right corner of the input and output. What's the deal?? I have tried everything I can think of to correct this. It happens randomly but now seems permanent. I have tried different versions of AME, but the problem will not resolve.

Can anyone tell me what is going wrong? I can't reach Adobe support without telling them it's an account issue in order to be sent to technical support.

Sorry for the trouble. It seems like an issue with the composition. Please check if it's happening with all AfterEffects files.
