Adobe Media Encoder v7.2 flv export

From where can I purchase or download the Adobe Media Encoder v7.2 application.

I could see links but it is the latest version which doesn't support FLV

As long as your OS supports the previous version, you can install it via Creative Cloud Desktop:

The tricky part is step 3 where you have to locate the arrow next to “install“ or “open”. It’s easy to miss.
