Adobe Media Recorder stopped working.

I have had Premiere CS4 for many years with no problems.  Now Adobe Media Encoder has completely stopped working.  I twice uninstalled-reinstalled the entire suit with no positive results.

    Hi Emrabin,

    I am sorry that you are not able to use Adobe Media encoder.

    What happens if you try to launch it, is there any error?
