AE to AME dynamic link connection stuck

Two days ago, I interrupted AME from rendering one video. When I I tried "Add to Queue Media Encoder" from AE to AME again, the dynamic link would be in a forever "connecting to dynamic link" process. I haven't installed any new softwares/ plug-ins. I've tried restarting, re-installing AME and it did not solve the problem. Please help
