Afetr Effect to Media Encoder Dynamic Link won't work

Hi I've been having this problems since both apps have updated recently I can't seem to render my After Effect project on Media encoder, when I try to Export-Add to Adobe Media Encoder the App will open but not queue... As there is no way to export a low res version directly on AE how I can I fix this bug?

You can export a low res version from AE (your Render Settings in the Render Queue allows you to choose Full, Half, Third, Quarter), but when Dynamic Link fails there's often a stuck process.

 

First, are you on the latest version of both AE and AME? If so, the easiest thing to try is restarting your computer to close out any stuck processes. With all Adobe apps closed, you can also go into your Task Manager or Activity Monitor (Windows vs. macOS, respectively) and closing out any processes that mention Dynamic Link. I find it easier to just restart your computer.

Thank you I had a Adobe engineer help me out with the bug! It wasn't easy
and couldn't find the source of it but he managed

Great, glad you were able to get going again! Dynamic Link is a tough one, it's such a great feature, and it's a heck of a lot faster than it used to be, but it definitely feels like the most fragile part of our apps.
