After effects crash when i try to export with media encoder

I am having a problem when i try to export from ae to media encoder, after effect stop and i've got this message writen :

 

I've try to reinstall media encoder and after effect but this is not working.

Is anyone have a solution?

Sorry to hear about this. Is this happening with any specific project or all the projects? Also, let us know the version of After Effects that you are using & the system specs.

Thank you for your answer. It happens with all projects on after effects. 
I am using after effects 2021.
