After Effects won't render in Media Encoder

I Have both After Effects and Media Encoder. I finished a composition in AE (1920 x 1080) and I want to Export it that way as an MP4. I put ot in the render cue in After Effects and there is no H.264 choice only Quicktime. 

 

Then I put it into the Media Encoder Queue and I put it to H.264 and when I go to render it there, it says it failed. 

 

What am I doing wrong?

    Hi, 

    I am facing the same issue since the last update (14.6). When I hit "Add to queue in Abode Media Encoder" in AE, nothing happens. Before the update, that button opens AME directly and puts the sequence in queue.

    Otherwise I force exporting the video by opening AME directly and put the sequence in queue manually, AME is stuck on "Import AE Composition"
