After update AE and Encoder - Encoder crashes

AE (17.1.1) and Encoder (14.3). Both programs updated 3 days ago. After adding project to Media Encoder queue, Encoder launches, but nothing appears in a queue, then Encoders chrashes after 4 minutes. Multiple attempts deliver the same result - crash
Alert as follows:

Before update everything was working perfectly. 

UPDATE: Going to older Encoder version 14.2 is solving problems.
