Al colocar un video en media encoder no aparece completo

Al colocar un video en media encoder no aparece completo, es un video que dura 1 minuto con 7 segundos, pero al colocarlo al media encoder y al premier cc 2018 solo aprecen 42 segundos, que se podria hacer?

    Sorry for the trouble. Is this happening with all files? Please test with a different file & check.

    What is the source of the file? What is the file format?
