AME 2015.3 randomly not exporting music??

I have been exporting product videos here at work through Premiere until recently.  I started using AME to get a better workflow going and everything was OK for the first few days.  Now when I export videos out of AME, they seem to be missing the music I put in.  A1 and A2 are the tracks I use for "talking" and I'll use either A3-A4 or A5-A6 for my background music which is always a WAV file.  Run the project through AME (as a H264 MP4) and the final output will be missing the music.  The talking is all there, just not the music.  Not sure why this is happening.  Nothing has changed since I first started using it 2 weeks ago.  Everything was fine at first and now it's not working right.  Sadly, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't so I can't narrow down the issue cause it's not consistent.  I've manually deleted both "cache" folders and it still doesn't work right.  Any ideas??

Can you include screenshots of your PP timeline. Also see if there is anything odd about the audio files that aren't encoding correctly - ie different sample rate..

If music is the last part of the process ensure you've saved the PP project before sending it to AME.

Here is a screenshot.  Once again, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.  It has a mind of its own.  The encoding is done on a separate computer.  So I do the edit, save and close.  Go to the other PC, add the project to the QUEUE and let it do it's thing.  If it was consistently not working, I could assume that hey maybe something isn't set right on this PC, but that's not the case.  It's random.  First few days it was great, now it's not
