AME & AE 2020 won't connect to each other/ they don't think they other is installed

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest versions of Adobe Media Encoder and After Effects multiple times. I have no plugins and I am just doing really basic animating for school projects.

Please help me troubleshoot this. I have been trying to fix this for weeks--I can't export anything but AVI files from the render queue built into AE.  

I've attached all the error messages I've seen as I've tried to get it to work...
