AME and encoding MPEG DASH and HLS

I need to encode content for DRM testing on a variety of servers, however I need to take my content and drop it into multi bitrate containers such as MPEG DASH or Apple HLS.
Is this possible in the current set of CC tools or do I have to look elsewhere?
