AME cannot connect to dynamic link server

Since latest update I cannot add projects to AME through AE nor with Drag&Drop in AME. Had reinstall all the apps, and even rolled them down to previous versions. (v 22.01 was not helping as well) Nothing has worked so far AME is hangin as in the attached Screenshot. I would appreciate any help. Using a Windows High End Desktop PC
