AME CC 2018 not loading

Hi there,

I installed Media Encoder CC 2018 and I tried to load it but it kept crashing. I tried to reinstall AME CC 2017 but there's no option for it in the CC app (plus I was previously receiving "Adobe Media Core has stopped working" messages).

Is there something I am missing that's preventing AME from launching?

    If you want to get the previous version of AME you must do the following: (if you are not a paid subscriber this will not work)

    1) Got to the 3 dots at the top right beside profile

    2) Click in "Preferences"

    3) And two options will pop up on the top of page: GENERAL & CREATIVE CLOUD (click creative cloud)

    4) At the bottom of the page will say Show older versions.

    If this did not work this means you are not a paid subscriber

    Same here. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no resolve.
