AME CC 2019 Freeze

When i drop a .AE file into AME the import fails because the transfer can't complete. The following screen keeps loading "Connecting to Dynamic Link server..."

Someone has a solution?

    After a long period of seeing the loading screen the connection to dynamic link server fails.

    Make sure both app were from same release period. 
    Example: 
    AME 13.1
    AE 16.1

    If you are using AE 16.0 or 15.x and AME 13.1, they will not be using the same Dynamic Link and won't communicate.
