AME could not connect to remote server

I FTP using File > export media.    But today am getting this message "FTP of encoded files failed as AME could not connect to the remote server. Please check setting and try again later."  Have verified the connection with the Test button, and connection is successfully verified. Have also used these same settings for years with no difficulty. Help!

    Hi sullynoid,

    I understand you get an error when you try transcoding a file from one format to another using AME. Am I correct?

    • Does it happen with all the file or any specific file format?
    • Where have you saved the source file?
    • Did you test the issue after changing the export settings?
