AME crashes at launch

Bonjour, j'ai fais la dernière mise à jour de creative cloud et Media Encoder. Depuis celui-ci ne veut plus s'ouvrir. Help!

    We're sorry for the trouble. I understand AME crashs when you try to launch it.

    • Are you using macOS or Windows?
    • Are you able to launch other Adobe applications?
    • Have you considered reinstalling the software?

    Bonjour,

    J'uilise MacOs. D'autres applications fonctionnent sur la suite Adobe. 

    J'ai téléchargé une ancienne version de Media Encoder pour pouvoir faire mon rendu dans les temps. 

    Mais j'ai aussi des problèmes avec After Effect.
