AME exports as two files instead of one

Hey there,

I've been having trouble with exporting Adobe After Effects files through Media Encoder.

I'm trying to export it as an mp4 file but each time that I go through the process the end result is an unopenable m4v file with random numbers at the end and an mp4 file that opens but it's just audio and there's no video.

Below like I said I tried to export it as an mp4 named "The Export For Monday" and this happened.
