AME Low cpu usage problem

Hi,

I use dell ailenware x15 laptop, with i7-12700H / 16GB Ram / 3060ti for laptop / windows 11
I'm redering some video made by after effect using media encoder, but only 4 Threads usage near 100%, others average is 10~15%.
CUDA accelerate enabled.

Why they're not working?
How can I use all thread for render?

I updated all drivers, AE/AME/Windows/Nvidia Graphic drivers already
estimated reder time 10:00:00 over left
