AME not exporting Premiere Pro project

Question

I just noticed it today that when I was exporting a clip from premire pro to media encoder when using an esstenial graphic preset it gives me this static bar. But when I had exported it in Premire Pro it renders out perfectly fine. I was wondering if anyone had the same issue as me?
