AME stopped working entirely

Hi,

Suddenly AME won't load AE's comps to render them, and I can't even drag and drop a file over it to render it. I can't contact the Adobe Contact US page because it's asking me to log in when I'm already logged in, AND they say I have a billing issue when I don't, my subscription have been paid like every month. I'm going crazy over here does anyone have an idea what's going on ?
