AME Stops encoding randomly

AME stops encoding randomly and with no errors! It's an awful problem and I've found references to this massive error 7(!!!) years ago in 2015! It would be really great if Adobe had a QA team. This is not a me problem, or an any user problem. This is an Adobe problem. There is no problem with my files. It's completely random. Something will just stop encoding, I'll restart, the to encode again and it's fine. There's no information I can find about specifically what happens when it hangs. Just the AME UI acting like it's working while I can see in the Task Manager that nothing is "going."

PLEASE FIX

I'm experienceing this problem extensively at the moment also, and have seen it happen on at least 5 Mac systems in the past month.

- Typically it happens when I send a project from After Effects to Media Encoder.

- Doesn't seem to happen for straight pre-rendered file transcodes.  I think its a Dynamic Link issue.

- Once it happens, nothing will work in the AME queue until I restart the Mac.

- Hardware I've seen this on:  Mac Pro 2019 (very high specs), Mac pro 2013 (very high specs), iMac 2021, iMac 2017, MacBook Pro 2017.  All machines are well specced with 16 (MBP) to 128GB RAM respectively.

- While this has been an occasional issue for me for over 12 months, in the past 3 months its become untenable - costing me up to an hour or more per day, and having to constantly babysit AME, or avoid it altogether and render intermediates from After Effects.

Any thoughts?

No real productive thoughts, but you'll be "happy" to learn it also happens on Windows. I'm not interested in any workarounds or any workflow changes. I'm interested in Adobe fixing their problems. A lot of people I've seen working on this are working on like hour+ videos that stop encoding in the middle, I'm experienceing it anywhere in a queue of like 20 :45 videos. It's not up to me to figure out why this is happening, I'm paying to use the software, engineers are getting paid to work on it and fix it (allegedly) so theirs is theirs to solve. We shouldn't have to think about it.
