AME using old cached version of file from AE

This is very annoying. After rendering the file in AME, and changing something in AE, and adding (via drag) the file to AME (even if old was removed from queue), it renders the old file with no changes.

You MUST close/open the AME for the changes to take effect. There is NO INDICATION that the old file will be used. Is there any way to prevent this without restarting AME?

    Did you save your AE Project before adding it to AME?

    Of course, the AE file is saved BEFORE adding to AME.
