AME Watch Folder (works if AME is closed?)

Hello,

I'm creating a watch folder with AME to transcode pro-res assets to h.264, but it doesn't seem that the watch folder is active if i have AME closed on the machine i built the watch on.

Is that common? Is there a way to keep the watch folder active even if AME isn't open on the machine I built the watch?

Thanks!
