animate 2021 project causes error code -160962960

(animate 2021, ME 2021 w/ low end windows laptop (surface go))

Had no problem till recently. Tried to export a ~2:30 (m/s) animation with some camera effects and symbols but all came to this "error code -160962960"

It also occasionally causes the "black screen of death" when i try to export the video which i either have to restart my pc or go to task manager.

i have no problem exporting other file types, but i want to use mp4 as it does nog waste my storage and can export the correct canvas ratio (4096x2160 px)

Can anyone help please? Thanks.
