Annoying issue on my part; when I export multiple files it exports the same video

The Media Encoder 2022 seems to be buggy on my side. I usually select different sections of video and find out that the videos are exporting the same videos that I didn't ask for. Is there some kind of issue with Premiere's version when it comes to transferring the videos to Media Encoder for you guys or is it just bugged on my side? Usually, when I export things in bulk, I don't get this problem but it's been annoying and I have to double-check what actually exported correctly.

This issue has been ongoing since 2022 and continues to occur in the 2025 version of Adobe Media Encoder. I am experiencing the same problem. When I export a bulk-edited video using Adobe Media Encoder v25.3, the files queue up in both the local drive (C: Documents folder) and the drive where I intend to export my files. This is really annoying! You're paying for the software, and yet the bug is still present from 2022 up to this date.

Please refer to the attached screenshot for reference. The highlighted files in the screenshot are the duplicated files.

I've been having this same issue as well.  For a while I thought I was going crazy.  For work we take a full show and export it in segments (using in and out points) from Premiere to AME. So for example, I am editing a 1 hour TV show. I have to export it in 6 segments (for commercial breaks) so I will set the in and out points for segment 1 and send it to AME and then do the same with segments 2-6 befor batch exporting.  When AME is done exporting the segments are all wrong, some are duplicated (but named differently) and Its not user error because its been happening with every single show since the update.  I have reverted back to v22.4 to see if that fixes it

Sorry that I'm not following your issue. You say you edit in premiere pro and them export via AME?

-how do you export? What are your range settings? Can you share a screen shot of the export settings?
