Application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142) (AME)

Hi all,

This as happened twice over the last couple of months. I try to open Adobe Media Encoder and I get "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000142)". Linked to this, After Effects won't open. It appears in the Task Manager briefly but then disappears.

Anyone come across this? Last time I could only fix it with a complete drive format and reinstally of windows. Having only done that four weeks ago, I'd rather not go through it all again!

I've already tried the Adobe Cleaner and fresh reinstall. Video drivers, Adobe software and Windows 10 64bit are all up to date.
