Hi!

I always have to export in two diffent file formats. Mp4 and mxl. For that I have two presets,

Would be nice if I could apply them at the same time.

@simon0815

Select the Item in the Queue panel and then use the Add Output button to add an output.  Set the Format, Preset, and Output File settings for each output as needed and then click Start Queue.

You can also create a Watch Folder with multiple Outputs for any items added to it.

I'm not sure we talk about the same thing.

I wanna add the two output settings at the same time. Yes, it works with the Watch Folder, but it has to many drawbacks.

You could use scripting to do that.

Sripts in AME? Ok, never thought of that. Do you have an example?

Something along these lines:
var
exporter = app.getExporter();
exporter.exportItem(source, mp4destination, mp4Preset);

exporter.exportItem(source, mxfDestination, mxfPreset);

Have a look here: https://ame-scripting.docsforadobe.dev/
