AS-11 Preset Start Timecode

Hi,

I flagged this years ago but its still present within v15 AME.

The AS-11 preset, no matter what the start timecode of your sequence, or even if you manually change the timecode within the preset stripes in 09:59:30:00 to the file. We deliver commercials which have a starting timecode of 09:59:50:00 and promotions with 09:59:55:00 starting timecode.

No matter what you setting you use, if you export with the AS-11 DPP preset it changes the timecode to 09:59:30:00.

Please fix!
