Audio and video desynchronization when compressing

Hello! With Adobe Encoder I am compressing .mpg files to .mp4 (h264). Source data matching but no video and audio sync. Same framerate, same hertz and bit audio.

The desynchronization is progressive.

I tried instead of choosing .mp4 to make it with .Mov or .Mpeg but I get the same error.

With the handbrake software I have no timing issues, but for some reason the resulting files have a frame rate of 24.22 fps instead of the original 25 fps.

I need to use Adobe Encoder because I want to join clips directly from there.
