Audio export error, not reported on error log

I do a weeky video export for a livestream church service, and this past week there was a 15 second audio glitch on the final video file that was not detected as an error on the log.

• No indication that an error had happened.
• After viewing this media played back over a live stream, approximately 17 minutes into the video there was approximately 15 seconds of digital hash.
• Re-encoded video (after the public fail) and had no issues on playback.

Has anyone experienced this?

I feel that I need to now budget enough time to sit and watch every export real-time after I compete the export, as there was no error log generated...or any sort of indication that the enocder ran into any issues.
