Audio from Source File Not Recognised

Hello,

Encoder is not recognising the audio on my source file and it is definitely there.

Encode settings are default - H.264 Match source - High bitrate

I recently received a new laptop and IT installed Adobe CC 2017. Are there any import settings I need to change.

Is this issue specific to a file or happening with all?

Where exactly are your media files located? Have you tried importing these files from a different location?
