Audio in Media Encoder Won't Export

I'm trying to export a video with audio from AE to AME and the audio won't go through. The video will export with no problem, but when I watch the mp4 file through, there's no audio. I've tried tweaking my preferences and settings, and restarting AME, but nothing seems to work. On the actual AE project the audio plays through fine, it's just when it's encoded does the audio seem to never go through.

Also: This is on multiple projects, even ones that have been encoded before. I suspect there's a problem with AME rather than AE or the project files.

Can you post a full screenshot of your AME encoding settings? Also, near the top of the window, just below the file name and path are checkboxes to encode both video and audio. Is the audio one checked? If so, have you tried rendering a test file directly out of After Effects to see if that has audio? In the AE Output Module settings there is an option for how to handle audio (it's at the bottom of the window). This is typically set to "Auto" which means if the project has audio then it will be exported, but it could also be set to "Off." Check this setting and export a test to confirm where the problem is starting.
