Audio Issue

I created an audio file in Premiere that begins full volume, then I lower the volume, then fade it out at the end.  

I imported the exported audio file into After Effects and put it in a composition.

When I preview the audio inside of AE, it sounds like it should with the lower volume and fade out.

But when I export this composition inside of Media Encoder, the audio is now at full volume for the duration and just cuts off at the end.

Not sure why this is happening.
