Question

Audio stops at the end of the export if CBR or VBR 1pass selected. Ok if VBR 2pass.

Encoding in h.264, tried every other options.

If VBR 2 pass : no problem.

If VBR 1 Pass : the audio doesn't goes to the end, it stops abruptly at 5% to the end of the clip.

In our company all premiere pro and AME exports do the same thing (4 computers 2 mac, 2 pc)

 

Am I the only one ? 😕😕

Hi there,

 

We're sorry about the poor experience. Please let us know the version of Media Encoder that you are using. In case you have enabled Hardware Encoding, please switch to Software Encoding (under Export Settings > Video tab > Encoding Settings > Performance) & check if it's exporting properly.  Hope it helps.

Version 15.2

Disabled GPU accelarated and tried agan with software encoding, same thing happens.
