Avertissement, problème voix-off

Bonjour, 

 

J’ai fait une vidéo sur Premiere Pro dans laquelle j’ai enregistré une voix-off directement via Premiere Pro. 
Lorsque je mets cette vidéo sur Media Encoder cela m’affiche un avertissement, il manque plusieurs fichiers (ceux des images et des audios). J’ai essayé plusieurs solutions mais rien ne fonctionne.

Je tiens à préciser que la vidéo est très bien sur Premiere Pro et que j’en ai fait une autre auparavant (avec les mêmes fichiers mais cette fois en laissant le son sur les vidéos de bases, c’est-à-dire sans voix-off, et ça fonctionne très bien).
Que faire ?

    Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the issue. As a quick test, try exporting directly from Premiere Pro without sending the project to Media Encoder. Does the warning appear only in Media Encoder? Also, please check that the files are still present at their location on your computer.

    Yes, the warning appears only in Media Encoder.

    Thanks for testing and confirming that exporting directly from Premiere Pro works. Since the warning appears only in Media Encoder, could you share a screenshot of the exact warning and the version numbers for both Premiere Pro and Media Encoder?

    Also, how are you sending the video to Media Encoder—by choosing Queue in the Export window? Please make sure the Premiere project is saved before queuing it, then let us know if the warning still appears. Please share your system specs as well.
