Bad render with Media encoder

Hi guys,

I got a problem with my footages, Adobe Media Encoder seems to not enjoy them when I need  an h264 or ProRes export. I'm got this kind of render after exporting on a few images. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I use GPU Mercury Playback Engine (Metal) on a Mac Pro 2019. Thank you!
