Bad video quality after render

Hello, I am rendering out a 1080p video but every time the video gets exported, the video is blurry. I have tried changing the format but nothing seems to be working. I have attached some images of what the video looks like while editing, and what it looks like after it has been rendered. Thanks for the help!

    Hi Ethan,

     

    Thanks for sharing the information asked. As it is the quality of the exported file in question, it is important to know the export settings. Could you share the screenshot as asked by @Brandon_Loshe?

    Is it a video created in Premiere Pro?

    If so, please post a screenshot of the sequence settings, media properties, and export settings.
