Batch adjusting the timecode of videos

Hi! I'm currently in the process of converting thousands of videos to Animated GIFs using AME. These videos are 1:22 minute long. I'd like to just render 8 secs of each video as they are looping anyway. Is there any way I can adjust the time code faster than adjusting them one by one in the custom preset menu?

If you select all outputs you want to change and open the Export Settings, it should be modifying all presets at once. Important is to just select the output items in the Queue, not the group (source). If the selection contains any group (source) you will not be able to select the "Export Settings" menu item.

I tried selecting everything on queue and open the export settings but it only changes the one that I clicked (timecode) and not the rest of the selected ones. I think the select all edit only works for the preset and not for the timecode?
