Batch encodes with set in and out points

At my work I am downloading and encoding A LOT of commercial every day.  My question is, can I create a preset that will start at a dedicated in-point in order to cut off the slate or black video at the beginning of the commercial and create an out-point to encode either a 30, 15 or 10 second video file?

    Currently, presets do not contain in & out points. I’ll add a feature request, and discuss with the team.

    My suggestion would be to not only allow the preset to assign a dedicated in & out point, but also allow the user to determine the encoded length.  For instance, spots coming from On The Spot Media come with a 4:01 slate on all their spots and usually have 2 or 4 frames of black at the end.  If I could tell Media Encoder to begin the encode process at 4:01 and encode a 15 second file that would be perfect.  Spots coming from XR usually have a 7 second slate followed by no black so again to be able to create a preset that tells Media Encoder to begin the encode at 7 seconds and encode a 30 second file would be AMAZING!
