Batch Exports from 2022 Premiere into 2022 Media Encoder don't work

I tried to batch export 12 sequences (6 x :10, 6 x :15) to H.264 and Pro Res, it would export one sequence and stall for the rest.

Pause does not work. I tried switching the Renderer to Software Only, deselected "Import Native Sequence from Premiere" = nothing works or changes. I have to "stop" the action and reset the status to try again. 

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt but nothing is changing in the source files I use in my sequences or the export file location where I want them to land (main disk on Macbook Pro). 

I even updated to latest Media Encoder, same problems. (Because this is a work computer, we dont always update to latest versions unless instructed to do so, for compatiblity with other plugins etc).
