Begin rendering at 7:00 in the morning

Every day I use AME to convert 3-5 MXF files to MP4 and then upload those to Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter each with a unique title and description. 
How do I create the queue the night before and then have it process the queue exactly at 7:00am the next morning?

i thought about a BAT file that could copy the files to a watch folder, but it wouldn't handle the titles and descriptions. 

I know there is a "Start queue when AME is idle for x.x minutes". But sometimes I'm done at  5:30, other timers it's closer to 6:45 pm. That delay feature isn't reliable.  So how do I get it to start the queue at 7:00am every weekday morning?
