Best render settings for a 45 minute export

Hi all,

Basically I have a client that gave me a 45 minute video and wanted me to track his face and hide it with a pic (which i left on overnight and half the day to track). I've split it into two 20 minute clips (or there abouts), But now the issue is exporting it.  I'm currently using DNxHR/DNxHD in DNX LB 1080p 29.97 and it currently has 4 hours wait time for a 20 minute video. So altogether its gonna be 8 hours.

Does anyone know if theres something I can do to speed it up?

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz

NVIDIA GTX 1060Ti 6GB

24GB RAM

1 SDD and 2 HDD's

After Effects/Media Encoder 2019
