Black screen

Hello, I have a problem with the render. The preview is always a black screen after the render too. What to do?

Hi Alex,

This does not look ideal. Preview related issues usually occur because of the graphics card. I'd recommend two things.

 

  1. Check if the GPU drivers are updated to the recent version.
  2. Test the issue after changing the video renderer.

I tried all 3 points, the screen is still black. The drivers are the latest.

Thanks for trying the suggestions provided. I was wondering what happens when you select Software Only as a renderer. Did you try that?
