Black Screen Issue when exporting media from Premiere Pro to Media Encoder (April 2019 Update Version)

I updated the software today and now I get a black screen when exporting video from Premiere Pro to the new April 2019 Media Encoder. Nothing happens except for a black screen on the Media Encoder app.

It was working fine before?!?

    Hi atifh,

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Adobe Media Encoder cc 2019. Ideally, the preview of the file should not get affected that way. Before we start troubleshooting, there are a few things I would like to know:

    • Does this happen with a specific project or a specific export format?
    • What happens when you try to export using Adobe Premiere Pro?
    • Please check if AME is using graphics card for video renderer as per the screenshot.
