Blurry Image on Final Render

I have a couple of clips on my AE timeline. My project settings is 4K, but I’m rendering at 1080p. These clips in question turn very pixelized on the final encoding at exactly 1920x1080, but for some reason the quality is ok when I tweak it to some weird resolution like 1926x1082. Other 1080p presets also same issue, it just bugs out at exactly 1920x1080. It’s not even gradual degradation in quality, it’s like a toggle between these 2 image qualities.

Continuous Rasterization as precomp doesnt work. I’ve taken it out of precomp onto the final timeline. Initially these are desktop screenshots, PNG. I tried video capture via OBS, but there is still pixelization at 1920x1080. I’m using AME Version 26.0 Build 60. Thoughts?
