BridgeTalk lists uninstalled app

Hi,

We are trying to get whether an application is installed or not using BridgeTalk.

Even if Adobe media encoder 2020 and 2021 versions where uninstalled,

still following script results in "ISNOTRUNNING" instead of "ISNOTINSTALLED"

BridgeTalk.getStatus('ame-14')
BridgeTalk.getStatus('ame-15')

MAC Mojave-10.14.6

How can this be resolved?

Is there any temp folders which needs to be cleard to get the correct result.
